DNBSEQ-E25: Sequencing on the Go

DNBSEQ-E25 is a portable and easy-to-use sequencer designed to run sequencing and get the report on the go. The E25 has incorporated new features, including the microfluidic based flow cell, integrated CMOS detection module, self-luminous dye, and computing module, which make sequencing on the go feasible.

Features

The maximum number of validreads is obtained by runninga specific standard library, and the actual application library will fluctuate by the sample type and library construction method.

** SE100 consumables can beused for SE50 sequencing, PE150 consumables can beused for PE100 sequencing, and read lengths can be customized in the sequencer user interface.

*** The run time includes DNB loading and FASTQ generation time. Barcode sequencing time is excluded.

**** The percentage of bases above Q30 and the running time are averaged over the entire run for a specific standard library, and the actual application performance is affected by sample type, library quality, insert length, etc.
